From Tuesday on the Blue Hall will be open for conference participants as a lounge.

Information for Presenting Authors and Session Chairs
All paper presentations will be 30 minutes long including 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.
Beamers are provided in each room with VGA and (large) HDMI ports. Also Windows-laptops are provided with USB ports and Microsoft PowerPoint installed. Please make sure that your presentation works on this setup. Otherwise, please bring your own laptops or adapters.
If you are a presenting author, please contact your session chair as soon as possible and upload your presentation to the laptop provided before the session begins to ensure a nice conference experience for all participants.
