  *) Student attendees are required to email a proof of student status to gdn2017@uni-hohenheim.de. Accepted proofs of student status include: a scan or photo of student ID or scan of any university document confirming student status or a link to attendees home page at the university showing the student status.

Registration

The registration fees are listed in the table above in EUR. Payment is also required in EUR. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees. All bank charges must be paid by the participants. Payment is possible via bank transfer or via PayPal money transfer. After registration, you will receive an email with payment details.

Online registration with payment via PayPal or bank transfer is open until 31st July. After that, the registration fee must be paid on-site in cash.

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email gdn2017@uni-hohenheim.de or fax +49 (0) 711 459 23145 no later than June 30th 2017 and are then subject to a 50 € handling charge for any refund. No refunds will be given after June 30th 2017. Substitutions can be made in lieu of cancellation. No reduction in fees is given for late arrival or early departure. A full refund is granted if the programme is cancelled. This policy applies to all registrations.
